The LONG story

Here are the "REAL" happenings of this immigration fiasco.

1) My Green card was denied because it was tied to a work visa appeal which was denied because homeland security "lost" my labor certification which was needed for the green card. I love this country! Or My I485 was denied because of a failed H1-B renewal.

2) My ONLY option to continue to live at my home of 13 years is an E-2 treaty investor VISA. That means everything I own must be held by Immigration until they approve me working for my new AMERICAN company with AMERICAN employees owned by a Canadian citizen. If I don't do this my family and I including my 2 AMERICAN children are "without status" and must return to Canada where we have not lived since the 90's.

By the way, both my parents and brother are naturalized AMERICAN CITIZENS but that counts for nothing in the USA.

RECAP: There was nothing done improperly by any involved parties, Immigration (USCIS) simply "lost" a key document. This happens every day. If you want to be angry at someone, be angry at the broken Immigration that accepts refugees over all other classes of immigrants and seems to reward it?
