Ah the pace of government. For our 3rd request, are you really really really sure you want to invest in Michigan? If so, prove how much you really really really want to do that. So 3rd time is the charm. You follow the laws, the rules, and the requests. It's still not good enough so we do it again. Another 6 - 8 weeks!
